Getting Started

What exactly does Jazbi International do?

We provide remote, professionally-monitored CCTV surveillance. Instead of just recording footage for later review, our trained analysts watch your cameras live, 24/7 — intervening in real time when something happens.

How is this different from a regular alarm system?

Alarm systems react after a trigger. We're proactive — our analysts can spot suspicious activity as it develops, issue a live voice-down warning through your speakers, and escalate to authorities before an incident escalates.

Is the initial consultation really free?

Yes — no obligation and no sales pressure. We review your existing setup, identify gaps, and recommend a solution. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you that too.

Hardware & Setup

What cameras and systems do you support?

We integrate with all major IP camera brands and platforms — including Eagle Eye Networks, Webeye, Learn CCTV, Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, and any ONVIF-compliant camera. In most cases, no new hardware is required.

Do I need to buy new cameras?

Usually not. The vast majority of clients keep the cameras they already own — we simply connect securely to your existing system. If a few coverage gaps exist, we'll point them out, but there's no rip-and-replace requirement.

How long does setup take?

Most clients go from contract signing to live monitoring within 5–7 business days. Larger multi-site deployments can take 2–3 weeks depending on access and complexity.

Is my video feed secure?

Yes. All connections are encrypted, access is restricted to authorized analysts, and every monitoring session is logged. Your footage is never shared outside your account.

What's your typical response time?

Median time from a triggered event to an analyst taking action is under 30 seconds across all our active sites. Escalation paths are fully customizable per client.

Who watches the cameras — is it really a person?

Yes. AI helps pre-filter routine activity, but every alert is reviewed and acted on by a trained, in-house analyst. We never outsource monitoring to overseas call centers.

What happens when a threat is detected?

Depending on your escalation plan: a live voice-down warning through on-site speakers, immediate notification to your team, and/or dispatch of local authorities — all documented with timestamped logs.

Do you handle multiple sites under one account?

Yes — multi-site clients get a unified dashboard, consolidated reporting, and a single point of contact. We support businesses with hundreds of locations.

Pricing & Plans

How does pricing work?

Pricing is per-camera, per-month — with volume discounts above 5 cameras. We offer monthly and annual plans, with no long-term contracts required.

Are there any setup or hardware fees?

Since we work with your existing cameras, there's typically no hardware cost. A one-time integration fee may apply for complex multi-site setups — we'll always quote this transparently up front.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Absolutely. Plans can be scaled up or down as your needs change, and month-to-month plans can be cancelled anytime with 30 days' notice.
